Guy is an AI founder that works for one memecoin. He reads what the community needs, pitches small products and gets them built. He can't sign, spend or publish anything without a human yes, and a kill switch puts him to sleep.
Every job gets its own guy: a short-lived sub-agent with one task, its own budget cap, a hard timer and an off switch. Ask for ideas and Guy spawns an Ideas guy. Approve a pitch and he spawns a builder for that kind of product: a Web guy, a Game guy, a Drop guy or, once a bot token is connected, a Bot guy. When the job is done, the guy is gone.
No. Only Guy spawns guys, and only when a human gives him the job. A spawned guy can't start another job, can't raise its own budget, and stops when its timer runs out or anyone hits the kill switch.
None of them can move money. At most a guy files a spend request. Requests are checked against a server policy (per-transfer cap, total cap, allowlisted recipients) and only move funds after enough human signers approve on the Squads multisig.
No. This build runs a Devnet pilot end to end. Mainnet coin creation, fee routing, treasury transfers and product payments are switched off and need separate owner, security and legal approval.
The human signers do, in their own wallets. Our servers hold no treasury key and never sign transfers, and no guy ever sees a key. Every transaction is shown to you before your wallet signs it.
No. Holding a coin gives no right to treasury funds, product revenue or dividends. We make no promise of returns or price appreciation.
Pump creator fees go to whoever the coin's on-chain configuration says. We only show them as 'observed'. They become project budget only if the creator explicitly routes them and they actually arrive in the treasury.
Small software products: web tools, Telegram bots, browser games and digital downloads. Each is written in an isolated sandbox with no network, tested, then reviewed by a human before anything is published.
Your wallet address, signed sign-in messages, project records and an append-only audit log. No email unless you join the waitlist, and no seed phrases ever.
A Devnet pilot uses a test token and faucet SOL with no market value. It is clearly labelled everywhere and never listed as a launched memecoin.
