This creates an SPL test mint on Solana Devnet. It isn't a Pump coin, has no market value, is never listed as a launched memecoin, and earns no creator fees.

Switch your wallet to Devnet. In Phantom that's Settings, Developer settings, Testnet mode, Solana Devnet. Then fund it with faucet SOL from faucet.solana.com.

Your wallet becomes the test mint's authority.
